Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the ShaadiHQ Wedding License, operated by White Leaf Technology.

1. Free Trial

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial with full access. We encourage you to evaluate the Service fully during this period before purchasing. No payment is required for the trial.

2. Wedding License Purchases

The Wedding License is a one-time fee of ₹7,500 per wedding, charged via in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Refund Eligibility

• Because the free trial lets you evaluate all features before paying, Wedding License fees are generally non-refundable once the license is activated.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded in full.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@shaadihq.com from your registered email address with your invoice number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. As the Wedding License is a one-time fee (not a recurring subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel.
