Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ShaadiHQ (the "Service"), operated by White Leaf Technology ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate and complete information.

3. Free Trial & Wedding License

• New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, continued full access requires a one-time Wedding License fee of ₹7,500 per wedding (inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise).
• After the trial expires and until payment is made, your account becomes read-only.
• The Wedding License is valid for the associated wedding and a reasonable period thereafter.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms. A tax invoice is issued for each paid license.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the Service; or (d) send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") to your guests.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you add (guests, budgets, menus, vendors, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding and content of the Service (excluding your data) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (such as Razorpay, Google and Mailjet). We are not responsible for the practices or availability of these third parties.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
